Heart walkers lift feet to raise fundsJoel Robbins was caught off guard when a "widow-maker" heart attack nearly took his life last summer.
"It was unexpected," the 45-year-old said. "However, looking back, there were a lot of signs that I overlooked. I had shortness of breath, sweating that was unusual, and I was really lethargic."
Since his heart attack, Robbins has changed his lifestyle by eating healthier, reducing stress and exercising regularly.
"Being active is more of a mindset for me -- making it a point to not sit on the couch," he said.
