Louis Thinks He Is A Dog

We have always thought that Louis thought he was really a dog. He follows behind the neighbor and his dog when they are out for a walk, as if he thinks he must be a dog out for a walk also. He drinks out of the dog's water bowl instead of his own - YUCK, and he takes over the dog's space whenever possible.
